Terms of Service

1. Scope of service

BookingGo is an online booking platform offered as SaaS, operated by BookingGood (hereafter "Provider"). The service includes booking management, payment and calendar integrations, a multi-language customer interface, and related features (collectively the "Service").

2. Formation of the agreement

The agreement is formed upon registration and acceptance of these terms. The customer must provide accurate information during registration. No charges are levied during the 60-day free trial, and the relationship may be terminated unilaterally at any time during this period.

3. Fees and payment

• Monthly plan: 50 USD / month + VAT
• Yearly plan: 500 USD / year + VAT
• Prices may be supplemented by payment processor fees (Stripe, SimplePay, etc).
• Billing is done by card or bank transfer in advance for the chosen period.
• We reserve the right to change prices; we notify the customer 30 days before the change takes effect.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The monthly plan can be cancelled at the end of the current month without obligation. The yearly plan must be cancelled 30 days before the renewal date; pro-rata refunds are not granted except in case of material breach by the Provider. The 60-day trial may be cancelled at any time without charge.

5. Customer obligations

• The Service may be used only for lawful business purposes.
• The customer is responsible for account security, including password management and access permissions.
• The customer may not use the Service for automated messaging, spam, or unlawful actions.
• The customer must comply with applicable GDPR and local data protection laws when handling their own customers' data.

6. Provider liability

The Provider commits to 99.5% annual uptime, measured monthly. We exclude liability for indirect damages from service outages; liability is capped at the equivalent of the previous 3 months' subscription fees.

7. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Notice . A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is automatically formed between Provider and Customer upon registration.

8. Social impact

As a social enterprise, the Provider allocates 60% of SaaS revenue to charitable organizations. The Customer acknowledges that their subscription automatically contributes to these programs, with no right to refund of this share. See Social Impact page.

9. Dispute resolution and governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Parties shall first seek amicable resolution; failing that, the court competent for the Hungarian office of the Provider has jurisdiction.

10. Miscellaneous

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms; changes are published and emailed to customers 30 days in advance. The terms are severable; invalidity of any provision does not affect the others.
